Qiqihar University and Capgemini (Kunshan) launched a national off-campus practical education base in Huaqiao Economic Development Zone on Aug 5.

Tang Naixin, deputy researcher of the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, congratulated the internship base and hoped Qiqihar University and Huaqiao could cooperate further in regards to personnel.

The practical education base is a result of a talent training model, developed by Huaqiao, known as tri-cooperation training between government, enterprises and universities.

Since 2010, when Qiqihar University first collaborated with Huaqiao, more than 500 graduates have practiced in Huaqiao.
