The principal part of Siwera Sewage Treatment Project starts construction in Iraq

On July 21, CGGC officially launched construction of Zone A of Siwera Sewage Treatment Project in Iraq, including measurement, excavation, cushion course backfilling and placement of the pipeline system.

Meanwhile, construction of the permanent walls of the sewage treatment plant was also started as the prelude of the principal part of the Project, which was highly commended by the local government.

This is an EPC project covering design, supply and installation. CGGC undertakes the 348km-long sewage and rainwater pipeline system, 14 lift pump station and a sewage treatment plant.
