Xinghu community organizes activity to make rice dumplings

Xinghu community organized an activity to teach children how to make rice dumplings (a Lantern Festival traditional food) on the afternoon of Feb 23.

The children were divided into several groups and were taught how to make the dumplings. Preparation work had already been done to make the process easier. The children only needed to finish the last step: place the stuffing into the dough. They carefully watched the demonstrations and did a good job.
