Wang Yanmei, member of the Jilin provincial CPPCC and vice-president of the Changchun Institute of Technology, proposed to focus on sightseeing agriculture in Jilin province at the group discussion.

Wang suggested integrating sightseeing agriculture with urbanisation and adhering to sustainable development. She also proposed to develop sightseeing tourism in suburban areas of major cities and to give priority to ecological tourism and the fruit-picking industry.
