The conference to mark the 93rd anniversary of the May 4th Movement and the award ceremony of the first Dandong youth figure of economy was held on April 4, 2012. It honored the brilliant youth who have made contributions to the economic development of Dandong city.

Fifteen young economic talents from the food, real estate, communication, finance, medical and scientific fields were awarded as Dandong Youth Figures of Economy. At an average age of 38 years old, the awarded are the representatives of the excellent young talents in Dandong's social and economic development.
