Hyatt Regency Qingdao has opened its Qing Spa, which offers five-star treatments in a serene venue with an ocean view.

The 2,000-sq-m Qing Spa and wellness centre is located on the lower level of the new Hyatt Regency Qingdao, with direct access to the sandy beach and palm gardens. Qing, which means "green" in Mandarin, proposes treatments inspired by the healing powers of the seas combined with traditional Chinese medicine and world-class therapies.

The spa comprises eight private treatment suites, including two VIP suites with whirlpools and massage showers. In addition, it offers a foot massage with nine customized foot massage chairs in curtained private rooms, private spa consultation rooms and thermal relaxation facilities for both men and women.

As Qingdao's first five-star hotel spa on the beachfront, Qing brings an added dimension of relaxation and pampering to holidays or conferences in Qingdao.
