V. Brief introduction: This project plans to cover an area of 66.7 hectares with a building area of 400,000 square meters. It mainly builds a production line for digital water conservancy product, digital water conservancy application system, intelligent power product, and intelligent robot system. It will be the largest comprehensive high-tech industrial park of digital water conservancy in China.

VI. Construction conditions: The construction unit of this project is Shandong Shangchuan Digital Water Conservancy Engineering Equipment, which has produced six series products based on content networking platform with independent intellectual property rights. The products have passed identification and authentication of state-level authoritative department as well as obtained production permit license of CSBTS. So the products are in a leading level in the technical indexes.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 6 billion yuan, and profit and tax of 1 billion yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Shangchuan Digital Water Conservancy Engineering Equipment is a subsidiary affiliated to Guangzhou Sanchuan Control System Engineering Equipment. The company was established in October 2011 with a total area of 200 hectares. It’s a hi-tech enterprise in automatic and visualization service with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The company mainly focuses on automation, information and visualization construction of power system and water conservancy facilities.
