Liaoya military culture experience park

Liaoya military culture experience park was named Shenyang's national defense education base in September 2018 and named Liaoning's national defense education demonstration base in December 2018. It is the most influential large-scale military-themed scenic spot in Liaoning province -- an ideal place for developing competitive events, military research, popular science education, tourism, leisure, entertainment, cultural exchanges and team building.

Currently under way at the park is a windmill festival which runs to April 30 and parents and children can participate in windmill DIY activities.

Shenyang Ma'er Mountain ecotourism area

Ma'er Mountain is so named after the two hills located there which resemble the ears of a horse -- ma'er, or horses ears, in Chinese. It is a good place to rest yourself and enjoy the beautiful natural landscape.

Yangchengzhai village

The Yangchengzhai fruit picking area spans an area of more than 266 hectares, covered by delicious fruit. In 1998, it was appraised as a national agricultural comprehensive development fruit planting demonstration park. Visitors can pick strawberries, grapes, nectarines, tomatoes, dragon fruit, apples, pears and other fruit there. Each mid-April is nectarine picking season.

1. Half-price for visitors 60-69 years old people with ID cards.

2. Free tickets for senior citizens over 70 years old.
