Wudang martial arts, originating from the Wudang Mountains in Shiyan, Hubei province, enjoys a reputation at home and abroad and has attracted many students to practice the martial arts.
Practicing Wudang martial arts is good for both physical and mental health. It can enhance confidence and perseverance, as well as improve physical coordination and defense.
