It is quite easy for some office workers to contract the post-holiday syndrome after the seven-day Spring Festival - they are still immersed in the happiness of having been reunited with family members and friends; the fatigue from eating, drinking and playing has yet to disappear.

It will lead to inefficiency after they get back to the office on the first day after the holiday. A lot of work that should have been done will be delayed. For government workers, it would tarnish the image of the government and civil servants.
