2. A relatively “noisy” vehicle may concern:

a) a driver who wants to do any maneuver he or she prefers, especially overtaking other vehicles or pedestrians seemingly at random.

b) a driver who only uses the horn occasionally – and this actually means the driver knows what he or she is doing, but wants to have priority, or just signals important maneuvers.

c) prolonged sounding of the horn – sometimes for a few minutes – which means the driver wants to have priority regardless of other vehicles.

d) frequent (and often prolonged) sounding of the horn - which means that the driver is an idiot without driving skills, or drunk or furious, or all of the above and maybe much more.
