1.During the China Coal Market Forum and Trade Fair 2014, there?will be more thoroughgoing coal marketization, with the market playing a crucial role in resource allocation. And national and local governments should not intervene in the production, transport, or demands for coal and any two parties involved in the coal trade will sign contracts through independent communication and independent pricing.

2. Online transactions and the floor trading need to be combined to allow China's six coal markets to do more trading and share information. There also needs to be a more honest marketing system to cut transaction costs and improve transactions and efficiency with more business opportunities.

3. The Coal Trade Pricing Index (CTPI) will provide parties to a transaction with a more objective pricing system.

4. The China Coal Market Forum and Trade Fair 2014 will be more practical, with many participants, many activities and programs, advanced planning, and better organization.
