Qin Shubin, member of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee and vice-director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee

Qin Shubin, male, Han ethnic group, was born in February 1967 in Tongliang district, Chongqing municipality. He has a master's degree of business administration for senior executives and began working in August 1987. He joined the CPC in May 1997.

He currently serves as a member of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee and vice-director of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee.
