Yingxiu township of Sichuan was the epicenter of the 8-magnitude earthquake that hit 3 provinces on May 12, 2008. After the tremor, the central government has ordered local authorities to complete most of the three-year recovery plans one year ahead of schedule.
In late January, 4 month before the official deadline we paid our fifth visit to Yingxiu.
