4 Yin and yang of salad

China World Summit Wing Beijing rolls out its healthy Super Salad (100 yuan with a 15-percent surcharge), among its healthy-eating offerings at The Lounge on the 80th floor. Each salad has been designed based on the Chinese yin and yang philosophy to provide a balanced intake for diners' well-being. The salads on offer will help cleanse and detoxify and have such nutritional functions as cholesterol reduction, cardiovascular detox, skin therapy, iron supplement and more. For instance, the Mixed Berry Salad, which is good for cardiovascular detox, offers a good serving of raspberry, blueberry and strawberry－all known antioxidants that help repair damaged cells. Other ingredients, such as fresh pepper, help release endorphins and reduce body pain. Different salads on the menu offer fiber, work to reduce hair loss and condition the hair with flaxseed oil, Greek yoghurt, fresh salmon and nuts, which are key to boosting hair condition in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine.
