As many young people look to agriculture and return to their hometown for entrepreneurship, a national adviser suggested more preferential policies to be adopted to pave the way for the new farmers.
Han Dan, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference born in 1982, said to China Daily that more preferential policies should be introduced to reduce the threshold and risk of entrepreneurship. And it is also important to strengthen agricultural education and training for young people, and to enhance rural infrastructure development to make rural life more convenient and comfortable.
