4.9-magnitude quake hits Taiwan: CENC

BEIJING -- A 4.9-magnitude earthquake hit Yilan county of China's Taiwan at 9:11 pm Wednesday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 24.89 degrees north latitude and 121.84 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 110 km, the center said.
